Faro Park is situated about 4 km west of Playa Blanca, near the Montana Roja or Red Mountain.  There is a splendid promenade walk that goes from Faro Park all the way in to Playa Blanca, with spectacular views of the Atlantic and neighbouring island of Fuerteventura to the right, and of Montana Roja to the left.
