Very well maintained large luxury villa in the
sought after Phase III area of Faro Park, near to Playa Blanca,
this villa is ideal for large families or groups. Villa Kearagh
comes complete with private heated pool, large Jacuzzi, barbeque
and an outside space that includes a full size badminton court,
table tennis, and an alfresco dining area where you can dine and
enjoy a glass of wine.
Interior
Villa Kearagh is ideal for large families, families holidaying
with grand parents and even two families holidaying together, where
each could have their own space and facilities if required. The
villa is on two levels, and includes a master bedroom on the upper
floor with a galleried landing.
The lounge is cool with a high ceiling and marble floors (which
continue throughout the villa), and is comfortably furnished with
leather suite, coffee table, TV with DVD and satellite freeview
channels, plus a stereo system.
The games room includes a pool table, table football, TV and
DVD, as well as a sofa bed. It can therefore be used as a
second lounge,, as a fourth bedroom, or for all three, which ever
is best suited to your needs.
Bedrooms: the gallery master bedroom has twin beds with fitted
wardrobes and dressing table. There are two further bedrooms, one
with double bed, fitted wardrobes and dressing table, and one with
twin beds and fitted wardobes. The games room can also can function
as a 4th bedroom, and is equipped with a sofa bed.
There are two bathrooms, one with large shower, WC and basin
with large mirror and shaving point, the other with bath/shower, WC
and large basin with storage under.
The kitchen is fully equipped for a villa of this size, and
includes a breakfast bar that overlooks the lounge area.
Accessibility
Although everything is situated on one floor apart from the
gallery bedroom, the toilets are not equipped for disabled
persons.
Exterior
Outside the villa is an Alfresco area with table and seating for
8 people. Private heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi, BBQ, full size
badminton court with net and table tennis table, Spacious patio
area with comfortable sun loungers, outdoor table and chairs with
sun umbrella, parking space to side of villa.
Location
The villa is ideally located near to friendly local shops,
restaurants and bars. The coastal promenade is a 3 minute walk
which passes the light house and can be followed into Playa Blanca
town centre 20 mins walk away, where you will find many more shops,
restaurants, tourist attractions and night life.
There is also a half-hourly bus service into Playa Blanca, and
the bus stop is only a 3 minute walk from the villa.
The airport at Arrecife is about 30mins drive to the villa
and taxis are readily available. A 2 min drive / 15 min walk from
the villa will take you to the port of Playa Blanca where you can
catch the ferry to Fuerteventura. We would recommend you hire a car
for convenience and to enjoy the sights further abroad but this is
not essential for your stay.
Golf
The nearest 18 hole golf course is in Costa Tequise which is 30
minutes drive. There is a new one in Tias that has 18 holes open
which is 20 minutes drive.
Local
Attractions
There are various attractions in Lanzarote. The Fire Mountains of
Timanfaya, The Cesar Manrique Museum, Mirador del Rio and many
more. There is an information pamphlet in the villa with all the
places that are of interest.
Further
details
There are 2 minimarts practically on your doorstep plus pubs and
restaurants. For larger supermarkets and shops, banks etc, Playa
Blanca town centre is only a few minutes by car.
