Interior

Luxuriously furnished rooms throughout with a very spacious open plan layout making an excellent family area.  There is air conditioning in the double bedrooms; safe; satellite TV with BBC and ITV channels available; DVD and Hi-Fi. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 of which are doubles (one with ensuite and shower), the other 2 are twin-bedded rooms. The villa therefore sleeps a total of 8 people. There are 3 bathrooms, including the ensuite with shower, one has bath and shower.  The kitchen is fully equipped.

Exterior

Electrically heated swimming pool with roman steps, jacuzzi hot tub, umbrella terrace, garden with beautiful plants and flowers, garden table and chairs, covered outside eating area, barbecue, parking.

Location

Located in a quiet and peaceful residential cul de sac, the villa is just a short 6-7 mins walk to the beautiful Playa Flamingo beach where you will find a whole host of cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. A further 10/12 minute walk will take you to the centre of Playa Blanca.

Cycling, diving, fishing, golf, mountain biking, paragliding, sailing, surfing, swimming, tennis, walking, water skiing, wind surfing, golf course.

General

Changeover day flexible. Linen and towel changed weekly, towels also changed midweek. Beach towels not provided.
