Interior
Extremely tastefully furnished, the lounge has
patio doors leading out to the terrace, whilst the master bedroom
is ensuite. There is a further twin bedroom, a second bathroom,
fully fitted modern kitchen, and utility room. The owners have
extended the property to create a third bedroom which, with extra
TV, playstation, books and games, can be used as a den by the kids
whilst you relax on the terrace with your glass of wine, or
barbecue, watching the sun set over Fuerteventura! The villa also
has an alarm and a safe for your security.
Exterior
A feature of the villa is the large 10 metre
heated swimmimg pool surrounded by extensive southfacing sun
terraces, with an extended pergola to provide shade when you
require it. The villa enjoys distant sea views, and mountain views
to the rear, and there is also a heated shower, terrace, garden
table and chairs, sun beds, large stone barbecue, and alarm
system.

Portable CD player, Radio, Satellite TV with over
20 English channels in the lounge and in the third bedroom/den,
DVD, playstation, books, games.
