Interior
This extremely spacious accommodation is predominantly the
ground floor of a large two storey villa. There is a large open
plan lounge/dining area with views over the pool, patio and the
ocean. Comfortably furnished with leather sofas, dining suite
(seats 6), and a bar area seating 3. There is a large 42 inch
flat-screen TV that includes various satellite channels, plus BBC,
ITV, C4 and C5. There is also a DVD and video player.
There is a separate bar/movie/gym room equipped with pool and
table tennis tables, TV with games console, TV screen projector,
stereo system, seating and coffee table. For the health
conscious, there is also a treadmill, cycle machine, body toner,
and sit up bench. Patio doors lead from this room to a further sun
terrace.
There are 4 bedrooms, 3 of which have king size beds, fitted
wardrobes and dressing tables, and the fourth with twin beds and
dressing table. Two of the bedrooms enjoy commanding views
over the pool and patio to the ocean beyond.
There are two bathrooms, each with shower, WC, double sinks with
mirrors and storage below, and bidet.
The kitchen is fully equipped for a villa of this size.
There is also a utility room with washing machine.
Exterior
There are two covered seating and dining areas outside, the main
being an alfresco style area with seating for 10 and including a
large built-in BBQ with sink. There is access to the upstairs
games/movie/gym room, with a further sun terrace and balcony with
amazing views.
The private pool is large, 10m x 5m, and heated. There is also a
Jacuzzi, outside shower, large patio area surrounding the pool with
sun loungers and large parasol, all amidst well maintained
gardens.
The upstairs sun terrace has sun loungers and a balcony spanning
the length of the villa. This has a comfortable outdoor cushioned
sofa and chairs with glass coffee table. All very private and all
enjoying wonderful views.
There is also a private electric gated driveway and parking for
several vehicles.
Location
The villa is a 10-15 minute walk from the local shops, Playa
Flamingo beach (which is very safe and child friendly), and a
promenade walk with stunning views that you can follow into Playa
Blanca town centre, where there is good general shopping, large
supermarkets, and a wide range of excellent restaurants.
Beaches
Playa Flamingo is the nearest family beach and around 10-15
minutes' walk, or 2 min drive. Its white sands, sun loungers,
umbrellas and child friendly breakwater construction allow
activities such as swimming and snorkeling and is a holiday makers
paradise. Papagayo beach is also a must see, and approx 10 minutes'
drive through its protected National Park. You can also reach
Papagayo by ferry from the port at Playa Blanca.
