We are very privileged to be able to offer this simply stunning
villa for holiday rental, one of the finest in the Canary Islands.
Located in a small cul de sac in the exclusive area of Los Mojones,
the villa provides luxurious accommodation within easy walking
distance of the Old Town and harbour area with its fine array of
tempting restaurants. Where do you start describing what this villa
has to offer - it has everything! Whether you are just a couple
wishing to relax in spacious and very private surroundings, or a
family looking for a villa which provides everything to keep the
children occupied and happy, the villa ticks every possible box.
The outside space is stunning, with large heated swimming pool, and
children´s pool, enclosed by beautiful gardens and fountain. In
addition, there is a hot tub jacuzzi.
Covered areas have a pool table, table tennis table, golf game and
darts. Inside, the villa is exquisitely furnished, and the large
high domed lounge is airconditioned with beautiful marble fireplace
together with satellite TV with a full Sky Package and Playstation
2. A computer with internet access is provided for the use of
guests. The fully fitted modern kitchen leads to the dining room,
with coloured glass windows. The villa has 2 double bedrooms, 1
ensuite, and 2 twin bedrooms with 2 further bathrooms. It also has
a safe and is alarmed. There is a towel change 6 days a week, and
linen change twice weekly. With a welcome of champagne and flowers
on arrival and bath robes for all guests, you´ll very quickly
realise you´re staying in a very special villa!
