Location

The villa is situated in a beautiful and exclusive residential area but within easy walking distance of a large selection of restaurants, bars and supermarkets. It is only a couple of minute's drive from the old harbour area and the fabulous golden beaches of Puerto del Carmen.

Inside

The villa is well equipped and furnished to a high standard throughout. It is particularly light and airy with large, spacious rooms. The lounge/dining room has leather sofas, a Satellite TV, DVD player, a music system, a four seater dining table and patio doors leading out to the pool.

Kitchen

The kitchen is well appointed and modern with light wood fittings. It is particularly well equipped and contains a large fridge/freezer, an electric oven, ceramic hob, a microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and a breakfast table. A utility room provides a washing machine and ironing facilities.

Bedrooms

All of the bedrooms are tastefully decorated and furnished. The master, double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and patio doors which lead out onto the terrace. There are two further bedrooms, both with twin beds and a family bathroom.

Outside

The villa is situated within its own grounds with a most inviting private pool which is solar heated during the summer and acclimatised during the winter months. Open and covered terraces surround the pool which are generously furnished with sun loungers, parasols and comfortable patio furniture. The property also provides a BBQ and an outside dining area, enabling guests to make the most of al-fresco dining during the warm evenings.
