The exquisite master bedroom is ensuite, and there is a twin bedroom and another bathroom. A fully fitted modern kitchen completes what is on offer here.

The villa is located on one of the most favoured locations in Faro Park, with a corner plot and large garden which has been beautifully planted with a large selection of Canarian flowers and plants. The villa has recently changed hands and the new owners have spared no expense in completely refurnishing the villa to make it into more of a home from home with many of the extras which make it more than a normal rental property. The surrounding wall has been heightened making the pool and terraces very private. Patio doors have been added to the dining area, and the floor beautifully retiled to create a wonderful inside space for evening meals. The terrace around the pool has a garden table and chairs, and a barbecue is provided.
