The villa has been furnished inside to a very high standard with lots of extra touches including flat screen TV, Playstation, DVD and CD player with a range of CDs, DVDs, books and board games for your enjoyment. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes, fitted hob and oven, dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer, there is ample cutlery, crockery and glasses for 6 people, outside in the solana area is a portable dryer and washing machine. There is a downstairs shower room and WC. Two upstairs bedrooms, one with king size bed, fitted wardrobes and balcony overlooking tropical park and offering sea and mountain views, second bedroom has twin beds and fitted wardrobes, both have portable fans. Upstairs bathroom, with shower, bidet and wc. French doors open out onto the pool and patio area.

The patio area has a table and padded chairs for Al Fresco dining, there are four ergonomic sun loungers and a good sized barbecue, the mature garden has some wonderful palms and plants and is instantly recognisable as one of the prettiest gardens in the road, the villa looks out onto a beautiful tropical park.

The pool is cleaned twice weekly, towels are changed mid weekly and linen and full towel change is done weekly. We use an excellent agent in Lanzarote who is on call 24 hours per day should you require.

Free cot hire, please bring your own linen for cot. High chair hire available. Hairdryer, lockable safe, iron and ironing board. Change over day is flexible. Car hire is not essential. There is a large supermarket very close by. Off road parking
