The feature of this villa is the quality of its furnishings, as it is lived in by the owners themselves for 6 months of the year. High ceilings make the villa cool even in the heat of the day. There are two bedrooms, one with king sized double bed, the other with twin beds. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom, lined in marble, with bath and shower. The family bathroom has a large walk in shower. Both bedrooms feature floor to ceiling fitted wardrobes. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes hob, fitted oven, dishwasher and microwave oven, plus ample crockery, cutlery and glassware. There is a separate utility room with a front loading washing machine. The lounge includes 3 seater and 2 seater sofas, coffee table, sideboard/entertainment unit, and 42 inch flatscreen TV and DVD with a range of films. There is also a Sanyo CD/Cassette/Radio player. Wireless internet access is provided at no extra cost.

The rear garden features a number of mature plants, including palm trees, bouganvillea, and a wide range of other Canarian plants. They surround a sun terrace that has the 8 metre x 4 metre heated private pool as its centrepiece. Also on the sun terrace are four luxury loungers, a large parasol, al fresco table, and four padded chairs. There is a pergola immediately outside the lounge, with a luxury cane suite and coffee table, the perfect shady spot to enjoy a glass of wine, coffee and a good read. Finally, there is a traditional Canarian barbecue for the complete al fresco experience!

The villa is thoroughly cleaned before and after your stay, and there is a weekly towel and linen change as well. The pool is cleaned twice a week.

A car is not essential, though we would advise hiring one for the purpose of exploring the island, getting to beaches, and for larger shopping trips.

Casa Holanda is located at Faro Park, about 4 kilometres South of Playa Blanca. It is near the southerly tip of the island, and the coastal walks are truly spectacular, featuring beautiful views out to sea and of the neighbouring islands of Fuerteventura and Lobos. Therse walks and views are only a 5 minute stroll from the villa. There are a range of bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk of the villa, plus a supermarket. The centre of Playa Blanca has an extensive choice of shops, bars and restaurants, and the Natura Palace development, positioned between Faro Park and Playa Blanca, has several excellent restaurants, and bars. Both Playa Blanca and the Natura Palace can be reached by the No. 30 bus, which leaves Faro Park every 30 minutes.

We can provide a high chair and travel cot with mattress for infants, and two adult bicycles are also available for your use. Anything else, please ask!

Prices below are based on up to 4 people sharing. A 5th person can be accommodated at an additional £60 per week. Extra charge does not apply to infants under 3 years old.
